the reception service was perfect. the lady addressed minor issues quickly. she was busy, but my requests were met. the parking nearby was also very convenient for me.
the street outside was very loud at night, and the windows did not block the noise.

The hotel staff was very helpful. How they helped me find my way to my work destination was great. the rooms were clean and neat. my room was cleaned daily. the hotel provided a comfortable dining area with a great food selection for breakfast
The room was missing a shower door. I had to squeeze into the corner while showering. this was inconvenient and should be addressed.

staff provided friendly service. my room had a coffee machine with capsules. i found the beds and pillows comfortable. the metro station was very close, its just a short walk away.
the small sink in the bathroom make things tricky, its easy splash water everywhere when washing face or hands.

breakfast offered many options. i found proteins, sweets, pastries, fruits, vegetables and yoghurts there. the buffet was really complete and everyone can find something, from savoury to sweet options.
